All performance figures on this site are hypothetical and backtested, with the inherent limitations of simulated results (including hindsight and the absence of real execution). Past or hypothetical performance does not guarantee future results. You alone are responsible for your trading and investment decisions.

The site and all content and data are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will IndicatorEdge or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any trading or investment losses or lost profits, arising from your use of or reliance on the site — even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Your use of the site creates no advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, or other professional relationship between you and us.
9. Third-party links & affiliates
The site may link to third-party sites and may include affiliate or partner links from which we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services, and affiliate relationships never influence our rankings or analysis.
10. Intellectual property
The site, its content, and its compilation of data are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use with attribution; you may not scrape, republish, or resell it without permission.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, bypass security or rate limits, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
12. Subscriptions & payments
If we offer paid features, fees are billed through Stripe and disclosed at checkout; recurring plans renew until cancelled, and you can cancel future renewals at any time. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration and that you waive any right to participate in a class action, except where prohibited by law. Courts located in the State of Nevada, United States will have exclusive jurisdiction for any matters not subject to arbitration.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
15. Severability
If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site.
